This form is intended for those looking to sell their Fare Co-op share(s) back to Fare Co-op (the “Redemption/Buyback Program”).
There are 3 steps to be eligible for the share redemption/buyback program that must be completed by midnight PST on April 7, 2026:
- Complete the Membership and Securities documents (if not already done).
- Review a video regarding Fare Co-op and answer a few questions.
- Complete the Redemption/Buyback Program Application.
