Fare Co-op maintains a Zero Tolerance Intoxicating Substance Policy. If you reasonably suspect your driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol during a ride, report it immediately using the Zero Tolerance / Safety Complaint category, by contacting Fare Co-op, or by contacting the CPUC (California).
