✓TLC Driver License — Valid NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission driver's license required.

✓TLC Insurance — Commercial auto insurance meeting TLC minimum coverage requirements.

✓TLC Vehicle Registration — Your vehicle must hold a valid TLC registration.

📍 All Other States & Cities

✓Requirements vary by location. You must comply with all applicable local rideshare regulations in your area, including any licensing, insurance, or vehicle inspection laws.

✓Commercial Driver's License — As required by your state for private-for-hire operations.

✓Commercial Insurance — Meets your state's minimum coverage requirements for for-hire vehicles.

✓Vehicle Inspection or Registration — As required under applicable state laws for your vehicle class.

Delivery Drivers

✓Delivery drivers have the simplest path to getting started. Beyond the universal requirements above — background check, quiz, and membership agreement — no additional licensing or commercial insurance is required to deliver with Fare Co-op.
